Free statement checkFee-adjusted net, parsed in the browser
Your trading book,
tied to the statement. After every fee.
Tied is the accounting word: the book matches the broker statement to the cent. The book is the trades you actually took. Fills are rebuilt with the firm’s fees, then tied out for each CME session.

We work from the exports your platform already makes. We can’t see or place orders.
Fees come from dated, sourced presets. Each day shows journal vs. statement and the difference.
Full CSV export any time, including after you cancel. Delete your account in one click.
Published terms, a refund policy, and a sub-processor list.
When a day doesn’t tie, you see why.
Journal net next to statement net for every trade date, with the likely cause of any difference named, never hidden.

A journal is only as good as its numbers.
Some platform exports leave commissions out. Timestamps can arrive without a timezone. Partial fills can split one trade into several rows. Tiedbook rebuilds the trade, applies a dated fee preset, and shows each day against the statement.
Every day, tied to the cent, or the reason it isn’t.
Upload your platform’s own totals alongside your fills. Tiedbook compares journal net to statement net for each trade date and names the cause of any difference: missing fee, unmatched fill, partial fill, or a timezone or trade-day shift.
- Integer-cent math; no floating-point drift
- Dated, sourced fee presets per broker and prop firm
- Import preview, diagnostics and one-click undo
Ten evals and a copier? That’s one plan.
No account caps on any plan. Group copy-traded accounts so your stats count one strategy, not the same trade ten times, and see where followers diverged from the leader.
- Unlimited eval, funded and live accounts
- Copy groups with de-duplicated stats
- Prop rules per firm preset: daily loss, trailing floor, consistency
Mistakes, detected, not guessed
Revenge entries, oversize, trading past your daily stop, averaging down. Each is flagged by an explainable rule with the evidence rows. It never overwrites your tags.
Edges with honesty bars
Time-of-day, weekday, setup and hold-time stats show sample size and a confidence range, and grey out until you have enough trades to trust them.
Undo anything
Every import is a batch you can roll back. Every bulk edit is versioned. Your history is never at the mercy of one bad click.
Settings that stay put
Filters, date ranges, columns, R/ticks/$ and chart defaults persist per view, across devices. Keyboard-first with ⌘K.
Is your journal overstating your P&L?
Drop a Tradovate, NinjaTrader, Rithmic or TopstepX export. We’ll show your fee-adjusted net P&L by day, parsed in your browser and gone when you close the tab.

Do I need to give you my broker password?
No. Tiedbook works from the CSV exports your platform already produces. TopstepX read-only sync uses an API key you create, and order endpoints are blocked in the client. We never ask for a broker password, and we cannot place or change orders.
Why doesn’t my current journal match my account?
Usually fees. Tradovate’s Orders and Performance exports don’t include commissions or exchange fees, and timestamps carry no timezone. Tiedbook applies a dated fee preset for your broker or firm and shows you, day by day, whether the result ties to your statement.
Are the prop-rule numbers official?
No. Rule room is derived from the trades you upload and the firm’s published rules on the date shown. Your firm’s dashboard is always the official number. We label every derived value.
Which platforms are supported?
Supported when we can defend the columns: Tradovate Orders and Performance, NinjaTrader 8 Executions, Rithmic Order History, ProjectX trade CSV (TopstepX and any file with that same column family), Sierra Chart Trade Activity Log, and Interactive Brokers Flex trades. A column mapper covers any other CSV. Quantower, TradingView, TradeStation, thinkorswim, MotiveWave, ATAS, Jigsaw, CQG, NinjaTrader Trade Performance, and Tradovate Fills stay Beta until a real file confirms them. The list is on the imports page.
Do you have live sync, replay or AI?
Own-fills replay is in: it plays back the fills you uploaded, not a market-data recording. TopstepX sync is read-only. Live sync for Tradovate, NinjaTrader and Rithmic is on the roadmap. There is no AI that invents a reason for a loss.
How do refunds and cancellation work?
Cancel in Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. If you’re not happy within 30 days of your first payment, email us for a full refund. Annual renewals have a 7-day refund window. Your data stays available to export for at least 30 days, and we keep it for 12 months unless you delete it sooner.
